In Jennifer Probst’s steamy first novel in the new Billionaire Builders series EVERYWHERE AND EVERY WAY (now on sale from Gallery Books) readers meet a feisty bar owner and her signature cocktail: the “Sweet Hot Chris”. Why is it called that, you ask? Because of all the hot guys in the world named Chris of course! Chris Hemsworth, Chris Pine, Chris Evans… the list goes on and on. While we love what the drinks stands for, we love the fact that this drink actually exists and we can make it ourselves even more! So grab your girlfriends and gather round; it’s Friday night and we just got paid. Time to celebrate with a “Sweet Hot Chris”! (drinking this with a hot guy named Chris is also strongly suggested).

Ingredients:everywhere-and-every-way-9781501124259_hr

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup water

3 tablespoons of freshly squeezed clementine juice (you can use oranges instead!)

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon

1 1/2 tablespoons simple syrup

1 oz lemon vodka

4 dashes of aromatic bitters

chilled Champagne Brut

rosemary sprigs

Steps:

Combine the sugar, water, clementine and lemon juice, simple syrup and vodka into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously.

Take champagne glasses and put the dash of aromatic bitters at the bottom of each glass.

Fill glass to approx 1/4 with the vodka mixture, then fill the rest with champagne.

Add a rosemary sprig to glass, serve, and enjoy!

Happy Drinking Sweet-Hot-Chris-ing!
