Overworked, stressed-out adults around the world have stood up from the office chairs and with a raised fist exclaimed, “NO MORE!” . . . and then sat right back down and started . . .COLORING.

That’s right, adult coloring books are a thing now. (And no, we don’t mean “adult” in that NSFW kind of way . . . though we would caution against coloring when your boss is around, maybe.)

Cooper1Yes, surprised us, too. But it just makes so much sense. In those bygone days of childhood you could just color and doodle and kind of lose yourself in the pleasure of a simple little task. And with hunky minder Anderson Cooper reminding us to mind our mindfulness . . . well it’s a perfect fit.

Thus we present to you the multitalented Anastasia Catris, who not only has a cool name, but who is out with her new Color Me Mindful series of adult-targeted coloring books.

They’re a great way to relax and unwind.
