A link to contest rules and the giveaway question are at the bottom of this post.

But don’t skip our sneak peek of the show!

The White Queen is a fascinating portrayal of one of the most dramatic and turbulent times in English history. Love and lust, seduction and deception, betrayal and murder. It’s all uniquely told through the perspectives of three different, yet equally motivated women – Elizabeth Woodville (played by Rebecca Ferguson), Margaret Beaufort (played by Amanda Hale) and Anne Neville (played by Faye Marsay). In quest of power, they will scheme, manipulate and seduce their way onto the royal English throne.

It is 1464. The Tudor dynasty does not yet rule the country. War over who is the rightful King has been ravaging England. It’s a bitter dispute between two sides of the same family, The House of York and The House of Lancaster.

The House of York’s young and dashing Edward IV (played by Max Irons) is crowned King of England with the guidance of master manipulator, Lord Warwick “The Kingmaker” (played by James Frain). But when Edward falls for the gorgeous Lancastrian commoner, Elizabeth Woodville, Warwick’s plan to seize the throne is ruined. A violent, high-stakes conflict arises between Elizabeth, her fiercest adversary, Lancastrian Margaret Beaufort, and Anne Neville, a pawn in her father’s endless game for power. Each woman vies for the royal crown.

And now for the question: If you could be part of royalty during the Tudor dynasty, what would be your favorite part of the lavish lifestyle? Answer in a comment below by 9 a.m on February 4th for your chance to win. Click here for complete contest rules.

  1. I’d relish never having to do my own laundry or other chores. I’d be sure to treat my servants very well!

My favorite part would be not having to do chores and being apart of royalty, I would make sure servants and people were treated good and fair. Also, I love the beautiful hairstyles.

One of my favorite types of genres of books, tv shows, and movies!

  3. I would love not having to cook or clean up after myself. Also don’t get me wrong, I love my kids but sometimes I think having a nanny would be great.

  4. The clothes and jewelry are amazing.

  5. I have to say I loved the show. What I would love is not having to take care of the cooking and cleaning. It would be nice to someone else do that. I would just make sure that the ones that did take care it wouldn’t want to leave. 🙂

  6. My favorite part would be having servants to wait on me. It would also be nice to have a nanny to take the children when they start acting up.

The clothing! Although I imagine it might be a tad uncomfortable, the fashion was amazing. I love the intricacy of the fabric, the overall look of it on the body, just everything!
